Dr. David Rosen is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at Shepherd Eye Center, specializing in cataract surgery, eyelid surgery, and exams for various ocular conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
Dr. Rosen earned his undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Utah and obtained his medical degree from The University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona. He completed his internship at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas and his residency at Penn State Health in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Dr. Rosen has multiple publications on intraocular lens power calculations and refractive surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
In his spare time, Dr. Rosen enjoys rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two children.
